Challenge
This new location for natural and organics grocery chain Sprouts required the conversion of an existing building. This included the full removal of the front building elevation, in order to install a new spec storefront, as well as removal of the existing slab for MEP rough-ins and the placement of new polished slab. The project required us to complete the work, while sharing a wall with an operating tenant on the other side.
Solution
All required work was carried out on time and to budget, with no disruption caused to the adjoining tenants.
