Challenge
Our client, a global leader in distribution, requires partners with expertise they can rely on. For their distribution warehouse site in Newcastle there was an existing warehouse shell that required us to go in and fit it out. This 250,000 square foot distribution facility required a new office block, dock door packages, and EV readiness.
Solution
With our experience of fitting out distribution facilities of any size, this was a relatively easy project for us. It required EV readiness for their delivery vehicles, and therefore we added miles of conduit for EV charging systems for their vans, and created office and warehouse finishes to a high spec, on time and to budget.
