Project The Enclave at Potomac Club
Challenge
The Enclave at Potomac is all about elegant and functional living and social space. They required a high-end remodel of the club house amenities space, featuring millwork details. The clubhouse included a gym with locker rooms, with separate bar lounge areas and a gaming room. The challenge was to maintain access to the building for tenants.
Solution
Using our established processes and expertise we were able to work to the constraints of having relatively small spaces to work in, with minimal storage lay down areas, in order to allow constant access to the amenities with no disruption, while being able to carry out the required high-quality remodel requirements on time and to budget. We used speciality glass, hard tile, and a lighting package to provide final premium finishes.
