Challenge
This apartment community required a remodel of the existing clubhouse, which required us to demolish it back to the shell and create a new layout, with custom high-end finishes and a custom millwork package. One of the challenges was the building having an entry point through the construction zone, which required us to construct a pathway for residents through the construction space, while also needing us to avoid any disruption to residents.
Solution
As well as creating a professional pathway for residents through the construction, we also carried out work in and around the entrance at night in order to avoid disruption to residents. We also worked closely with the client’s interior designers to build an effective working relationship a create a one-of-a-kind amenity space that exceeded the expectations of the client and the residents too.
